Delete your account

We value your privacy and autonomy. If you wish to permanently remove your data and close your account, please follow the steps outlined below.

1How to Request Deletion

Option A: Send an Email

Contact our support team at cs@pulsegamesstudio.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Option B: In-App Request

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Identity Verification

To protect your account security, we may ask you to confirm your identity. This may include a verification code sent to your registered email or in-app security questions.

Processing Period

Once verified, your request will be processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

  • closeActive subscriptions or remaining in-app purchases will not be refunded.
  • closeThis action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention & Legal Requirements

While we delete the vast majority of your personal information, we may be legally required to retain certain data for tax, auditing, or fraud prevention purposes. Any retained data will be strictly limited to what is necessary and will be stored in a secure, isolated environment inaccessible for any other purpose.

Examples of data that may be retained: Transaction records (for legal/tax compliance), fraud detection flags, and aggregated/anonymized statistical data that cannot be linked back to you.

Third-Party Platform Data

If your account is linked to third-party services (such as Google Play Games, or Facebook), deleting your account will disconnect those links. However, you must separately manage your data settings on those platforms to revoke their access or delete data held by them.
